The More the Better

I keep thinking about our economy and what we have become. I can't believe that these times would usher in a new wave of doing business. It's getting tighter in the credit markets, and for those of you who didn't seem to make the connection or did so too late now those important people we didn't need before the crunch arrived are now gone and have found other people or companies to hover close to in these troubled times. I had the opportunity to work side by side with one of the industries best and learned something quite positive, the law of abundance. If we just focused all of our time on making things right for us it wouldn't be the same as taking all your time and making it right for everyone involved. We are all in this "game" of business and we all know it's hard to go about it on our own. We all need some help. I think of all my clients or clients I have done business with. I look at their business model, what drives them to succeed? How do they take cars of their clients? How do they get the clients and when they do, do they give them everything you got or do you hold back or withhold information from your clients or potential prospects or do we give them what they need. It's important to understand this basic principal to be great at what you do.

I have worked for a lot of major companies doing consulting work and you would be amazed at what you find out. I have had the great opportunity to work inside of companies and see the inner workings of their business. It's real fascinating stuff. You have companies that are not willing to give basically any information, or I should say they give enough information to get you to buy and that's the hook, you are in. What if you were looking to buy something or doing some research and you come across companies that give you an oasis of information trying to get you hooked? I personally feel that the more you can tell me as a potential client the better off you look as a business trying to solicit business from me. The law of abundance, imagine if everyone lived by this "law" where would we be as an economy then? We have the power to change the way things revolve. We do, think about it. If we spread this common sense "law" across the country to our communities what would happen. Would we be better off?

It seems today we have all kinds of scams going around, people praying on the elderly, or people trying to prey on the weak minded, or the traditional companies out there that sell you and I a product or service only to find out the back end fulfillment piece wasn't there. We wanted it to be real but it wasn't the common story of today's phone sales and sales in general. It's sad isn't it? We need to be more aware of the power we have as small businesses. We need to take advantage of this opportunity in these troubled times. Now more than ever is this extremely important. We run 90% of the country, I mean think about that right now as you read this as a small business owner. You have the ability to change, first inside of what you do and offer to your clients, then the ability to tell your friends and fellow business owners how you did it. Make the change; start to look at the big picture, not YOUR picture but the bigger picture. We all know that when we do something for someone else and change the course of their live, the rewards come back ten times; I know it first hand because it has happened to me. What a great feeling. And remember, the business will come back to you more and more by living this simple strategy "The law of abundance". It's all around, there enough to go around. Position yourself to be on top. This is one great way to do that. If you put yourself in your customer's shoes you will win every time.

When a company hires me to consult for them it's important to understand first hand how they get business to start with. Then break down the way the client experience process works and how you will retain a client. Most importantly, how will the client bring you referrals!! That's the catch in today's business world, repeat business and referrals. If you treat me right, I tell my friends and they tell their friends and the chain begins to form. I promise you this first hand as a living testament, it works. I know it can seem scary to a business owner to "give all the info away" but your not. The clients will come back to you and so will the potentials, its part of the law of abundance and by us portraying this more and more we will all be better off as we are all part of the same "game" why not make it easier for us all to play instead of making it harder! Thanks again so much for all your reads and remember "As they change, we change" See you again soon take care and may your days be filled with happiness and gratitude and may you do great and excel in all your business dealings! Take care!
